Careers

Nurse Practitioners

Our Nurse Practitioners provide Medication Management and Cognitive Care Planning for residents. They work closely with our Psychology team and facility staff to monitor and reduce unnecessary medications.

Psychologists

Our licensed Psychologists provide individual and group therapy to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through telehealth and in-person visits. We also support residents transitioning home after facility stays. All services are coordinated with the facility's medical team.

Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselors

Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselors provide therapy and support services to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. They have access to additional clinical consultation for more complex cases.

Clinical Support Specialists

Our Clinical Support Specialists serve as a key connection between residents and our clinical team. They work on-site at facilities to set up telehealth technology.

Administrative Professionals

Our support staff handles administrative functions so our clinicians can focus on providing quality care to residents. The team includes scheduling, credentialing, billing, and intake specialists, along with recruiting, marketing, and finance staff.

What is it like working at MTC Care?


Flexibility

We offer remote, in-person, and hybrid positions with flexible scheduling designed for work-life balance. Our clinicians work weekdays with start times between 7:00am-9:30am, available in both part-time and full-time roles.

Training

We provide comprehensive training to ensure all clinicians are prepared to work with geriatric populations in long-term care settings. Training covers our clinical model, psychiatric disorders in older adults, evaluation and treatment protocols, and electronic health record documentation.

We support ongoing professional development through mentorship, webinars, and online training programs, including continuing education opportunities.
