Our Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners specialize in geriatric Medication Management, following best practices for safe prescribing in older adults.

- Comprehensive Psychiatric evaluations and Medication Management for behavioral health conditions
- Gradual dose reduction in compliance with CMS guidelines
- Coordination with our Psychology team to minimize high-risk medications including antipsychotics
