MTC Care Adopts New PacEHR™

Dear Valued Partners and Clients,

We are thrilled to announce that MTC Care has successfully transitioned to a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system tailored specifically for the long term care industry, with a focus on behavioral health practices. This new EHR, named PacEHR™, has been designed to provide better clinical snapshots, make recommendations and assessments more easily accessible, offer enhanced documentation features, and facilitate improved tracking of outcomes.

Developed by experts in the post-acute space, PacEHR™ enables us to quickly act upon recommendations from partnering facilities to better meet their needs. The system allows us to efficiently administer and capture PHQ-2 scores during each visit, and trigger PHQ-9 administration as needed.

In addition to providing better clinical snapshots and making recommendations and assessments more easily accessible, PacEHR™ allows us to track the severity and degree of diagnosis-specific symptoms such as anxiety and depression. This enables us to evaluate risk, enhance treatment planning, and capture precise diagnostics. With these new assessments integrated into our EHR system, we are better equipped to tailor treatment plans to individual needs, monitor progress more effectively, and ultimately improve the quality of care we provide. We are dedicated to utilizing these advanced tools to support our partners in delivering exceptional care and achieving positive outcomes for those we serve.

Paired with the release of our revised Clinical Quality Metrics earlier this year, this new EHR system not only supports top-notch patient care but also helps facilities deliver the robust quality services needed to improve facility quality measures.
